So that really took no time at all!
I could put the flowers up high where the cats can’t reach them, but that’s not where I want to enjoy them.And it’s MY house, darn it!
Well, it depends who you ask on that one.🙂 So today I’ll share with you what I found that works for us as well as a whole bunch of other suggestions to try in your quest to really make your own cats uncomfortable..The Cayenne Pepper Trick.
This one worked for me.I mixed up 1 teaspoon of cayenne in 1/2 cup of water and put it in a spray bottle..
I took one look at the light color of the flowers and the dark color of the solution and realized this wasn’t going to be the best idea.
Maybe on house plants or dark colored flowers, but I didn’t want to dye my bright green mums orangey red.So here’s where we’re at now:.
All the walls are now light and bright, except for that fun brick wall that we exposed last year.. Yup, that’s a sign leftover from Christmas still up there.Still haven’t been able to fight my way into the garage to find a crow bar to take it down.
It’s really stuck on there.. It’s such a blank canvas!All that empty space to work with is making me nervous, but I’m slowly gathering my thoughts about how I want it to feel in here..
